Welcome Tell your story
Judy Gatena
Chief Executive Officer

Judy Gatena’s long history of proven business leadership began at age 25 when she started her first company. From modest beginnings, Judy built upon her successes to be ranked at #8 on the FORBES Magazine list of Famous Multi-Generational Entrepreneurs in 2014.  Judy was one of the Founding members of REP Interactive in 2009 taking on the roll of  President and COO. With her experience to guide the way, REP quickly expanded and evolved beyond its roots in Real Estate to become a powerful voice in New Media production. REP grew in both scope and scale, recently ranking in the top 15% of the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States. In 2015, Judy became the majority owner and CEO of REP Interactive, which is now listed as a woman-owned business. She ensures that the same qualities and values that fueled REP’s growth are reflected in every project, for every client, starting with her hand-picked and enthusiastic “family” of creative professionals.

Chris Carter
Chief Marketing Officer

Based in San Diego, Chris Carter was drawn to REP Interactive in 2009 by an online video posted by a former UC Davis Football teammate on Facebook.  Fascinated by the quality and style of this promo, which was unlike anything he had seen in the New Media space, he tracked down its creator — a journey that led to the doors of REP.  With a background in marketing and an experienced content creator in his own right, Chris enthusiastically pursued a position at REP. He not only convinced one of the company founders, Steve Gatena, to hire him, but also to become a partner at the organization. At REP Interactive, Chris interfaces seamlessly with clients and creative professionals to ensure that messaging is tightly focused and executed with superior results. A published writer and thought leader in the marketing/advertising industry, Chris frequently contributes articles to Forbes, CMO.com, INC.com and others.
